Sidney Crosby (Here with the Cup), and the Pittsburgh Penguins wrapped up their first Stanley Cup Championship since ‘92 with a 2-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings in game seven of the Stanley Cup Finals. Sidney Crosby is the youngest captain to ever win the Stanley Cup. What a story this is. Four year ago the Penguins were on the edge of collapse, in the basement of the NHL. Then came Sydney Crosby and a great group of support players that now have the Penguins at the top of the hockey world. This is a great story, and the best thing that could have happened to the NHL. The Stanley Cup Finals going to seven games, and the new “face” of the NHL winning the Cup. Go PENS!!
