Intimacy is a wonderful thing, espically in the physical aspect of marriage, but intimacy is so much more than just the physical connection. A friend of my used to describe intimacy this way, to know someone and be fully know by them without the fear of rejection. So why then do we(or me specifically) find it so difficult to be deeply intimate with Jesus. He loves me beyond my understanding and beyond my nastiness. Intimacy with Christ should be the greatest aspect of my life and what I seek. Help me Jesus to open myself up to you to be totally intimate!
